Will & Probate Fees

Our standard fee for drafting an individual Will is £450.00 plus VAT (£540.00)

We can also draft mirror Wills for two individuals at £300.00 plus VAT (£360.00) each.
Our fees for bespoke Will & Trust arrangements are to be provided following discussion with one of our Solicitors.
There are two variations of Lasting Powers of Attorney. These include:
– Property and Financial Affairs; and
– Health and Care.
Our fees for drafting one Lasting Power of Attorney = £600.00 plus VAT (£720.00).
Our fees for drafting both Lasting Powers of Attorney = £900.00 plus VAT (£1080.00).
Please note that our fees are per person.
The Office of the Public Guardian charge an additional fee of £82.00 to register a Lasting Power of Attorney.
This is for each Lasting Power of Attorney application.
Due to the nature of our services, we are required to maintain up-to-date compliance records, conducting ID and Anti-Money Laundering checks for all clients at the outset of any instruction. This is an additional fee of £45.00 plus VAT (£54.00) per person.
